1) 2.8 HP motor with 12 Year Warranty - This is a pretty good motor power for the price point. The motor is fairly strong and the warranty on it is decent (12 years). However also note that parts and labor are only covered for 90 days, which is quite poor.
2) Individual Weight Input - Surprisingly, this is a rare feature to have in a treadmill. You can put in your individual weight and the feedback for calories burned is then based on your weight - not on a standard weight - giving you much more accurate results.

While it's an improvement over past Reebok models, we don't like the 90 day parts and labor warranty which doesn't offer you much protection on your investment. There are other treadmill brands like Nordic Track that give you longer warranties for similar prices.
